Two Novosibirsk deputies deprived of mandates — who will be instead of them

Today, on June 28, at session of Council of deputies of the Novosibirsk city Sergei Boyko Quickly * and Khelga Pirogov mandates made the decision on deprivation of deputies. 38 deputies voted for the decision.
