Oryol Region on bicycle sports will pass superiority in July. The Oryol regional Federation of bicycle sports which is headed by the glorified Russian bicycle racer Denise Nikolaevich Menshov, together with regional department of sports approved the provision on carrying out superiority Oryol Region on bicycle sports on the highway.
