Restriction on cost rents will concern 140 municipalities Autonomous community of Catalonia

This week in Zheneralitatakataloniya's (DOGC) Official magazine the list from 140 municipalities which the local government intends to declare zones of "the intense market of housing" where measures for restriction of the prices of rent real estates will be applied was published. According to the new Law "About Housing" adopted no more than two months ago, "intense" areas in which there is an extra risk of the insufficient offer of affordable housing will be considered.
