In honor of the tercentenary Yekaterinburg the mayor Aleksey Orlov to suggest to expand the list of honourable citizens at once on four people: usually this rank mark out one person in a year. The mayor of Aleksey Orlov sounded idea at meeting of the special commission. Persons of applicants the City Council has to approve, but their names are already known.
