Chapter British Foreign Office declared that the Russian businessmen have to pay for restoration Ukraine. He reported about it on press konfehyentsii in London, transfers information agency "Reuters". According to him, the burden of restoration has to lay down on shoulders of those who financed or promoted operations in Ukraine.
