Rub the day, five concerts, an educational program — the saturated poster contained the different genres program devoted to anniversary Rakhmaninov Sergei. In it the noticeable role was played by representatives of Academy of choral art of a name of V. S. Popov. The teacher of Academy, the director Tsvetkov Andrey - Tolbin carried out statement of the opera "Alecko" Rakhmaninov Sergei, shown in the second day of a festival. Because of an unforeseen cold snap the premiere should be postponed from the main scene in the Kremlin to a hall of the Ryazan regional philharmonic hall which could not contain everyone.
