Quarters from the developer of Arsenal are included in "The white book" Saint Petersburg

"The white book" is a result of long-term work of participants of a round table on an esthetics of an urban environment of the World club of Petersburgers. In it city objects which Saint Petersburg correspond to spirit and traditions are brought, and only the most outstanding architectural works have honor to be included in this list.
