The neighbour's dog bit the 8-year-old girl who played near the house in one of villages Bohan district Irkutsk Region in May, 2022. On this basis prosecutor's office sent to court the statement of claim with the requirement about collecting from the local of compensation of moral harm. information agency "IrkutskMedia" reported about it in the press service of regional department. District court of the Bohan district of the Irkutsk region met requirements of the prosecutor, having collected in favor of the girl in the person of her lawful representative compensation of 30 thousand rubles.
