Two Kazakhstan chess players entered in top-5 in the championship Asia. Winners of the female championship which takes place within the Continental championship Asia on chess were defined, the Federation of chess reports Kazakhstan. The Indian chess players got gold and silver – Divye Deshmukh (a rating of World Chess Federation 2389), the earned 7,5 points, and Marie Ann Gomes (a rating of World Chess Federation 2315) about 6,5 points, on the third place – the grand master from Mongolia Batkhuyagiyn Mongontuul (a rating of World Chess Federation 2397) 6,5 points.
