Borel called Russian Federation "to cease fire" in Kherson Region

The head of foreign service of EU Zhozep Borrel Fontelyes called Russian Federation "immediately to cease fire" in Kherson Region after destruction of Kakhovskaya gidroelektrostantsiya. About it he wrote to Twitter. Borel considers that similar attacks are made allegedly by the Russian side, and they can represent war crime. Before the acting chapter Kherson Region Vladimir Saldo reported that the death toll after destruction of Kakhovskaya gidroelektrostantsiya increased to seven people.
