40 years ago, in 1983, the mankind appeared in a step from nuclear war: forces of two superstates met in Europe face to face, having reduced subflight time to a historical minimum. The fear of atomic warfare extended on all blood system of society, it got and into popular culture: in the 1983rd alarm and a panic pop music, television and mass cinema on both sides of the Iron Curtain are painted.
