To Kaluga Region the member of Public council at OMVD Russian Federation on Obninsk Ukhanova Helena and the guide of Training center of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Kaluga region organized Center visit by pupils of the Technical lyceum which is spending vacation at Young Patriot summer camp.
