Krenfildsky's archeologists universities investigate ancient fortress in the ancient settlement of Dmanisi that in Kvemo's region of Kartli. Fortress of Dmanisi is located on the northeast suburb in highlands between two gorges. The site consists of a compact defensive kernel with two defensive walls and the fenced platform about 15 sq.km. in size.
