President Bolivia: United Nations has to work over ceasefire between Russian Federation and Ukraine

The president Bolivia Louis Alberto Arse Katakora calls United Nations actively to interfere with conflict settlement between Russian Federation and Ukraine. Speaking at the summit of leaders of the countries South America, he emphasized that United Nations has to work tirelessly over ceasefire in this region.
