WHO and South Korea signed the Memorandum of understanding on creation of the global center of training in the field of biotechnological productions. This global center of training will serve all countries with the low or average level of the income (SNSD) in production questions biological preparations, such as vaccines, insulin, monoclonal antibodies and a cancer medicine.
