Day of a nezavisimostigruziya – a national holiday of the participating country of OIYAI, noted on May 26 in memory of finding of independence of the republic in 1918. The Georgian scientists took part in activity OIYAI from the very beginning of its creation, making an essential contribution to numerous scientific programs of Institute.
