State of emergency happened this afternoon As reports Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Vologda region, in Investigation department on of the Cherepovets city criminal case according to p.1 Art. 109 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (causing death on imprudence) is brought. Today around 15.30 in Yagorbe's river near Severnoye Highway the fisherman found a body of the 8-year-old boy. His personality is identified. Eyewitnesses specified that saw the child shortly before the incident when he walked on the coast. Investigators examined a scene and bodies of the victim, signs of violent nature of death did not find. For establishment of the reason of the incident the forensic medical examination is appointed.
