Z/Yen Group published the next rating of Smart Centres Index estimating level of investments, the regulatory environment and business climate for developments modern technologies in the different cities of the world. On the first place of the list from 77 cities this year there was London which displaced the last year's leader New York. Moscow took the 67th place, having risen from the past for about one years a position and having been between Madrid and Mexico.
