For the first time festival ". The FESTIVAL" took place a year ago, and Samara Region became the homeland of a festival of author's music of a unique format. In 2023 the festival will take place two days – on June 11 and 12. ". The FESTIVAL" is realized with use of the grant provided by PREZIDENTSKY FUND KULTURNYKH INITSIATIV, and passes with support of Government of the Samara region.
