Ministry Europe and foreign affairs of French Republic reported about readiness to start discussion of future guarantees of safety Ukraine. Foreign policy department made such statement in response to a request to comment on information of American daily business newspaper "The Wall Street Journal" concerning this question. Earlier American newspaper reported that to Kiev similarity of the Israeli model of guarantees of safety, assuming a constant the military and technological help can be applied. According to the experts, similar approach is equitable to interests of the western countries as allows not to admit Ukraine to NATO.
