Deputies of Regional Duma of Moscow approved new festive date. Day of the rural head in the region will start celebrating on May 23. "The rural head — is the person whom respect and to which locals trust. It on a gratuitous basis represents interests of inhabitants at interaction with bodies of local managements" — the chairman of Regional Duma of Moscow Igor Bryntsalov reported.
