Senators will respond again

In the accepted State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Wednesday in the second reading the bill of change of electoral laws at the last minute there were new amendments — to the law "About an Order of Formation Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" (SF). The speech goes to them about return of the mechanism of a response of senators at the initiative of the regional authorities, abolished more than ten years ago. As authors of amendments explained, ahead of schedule to lose powers members of the upper house who, for example, long do not happen in the region risk, and in a case of "the prejudiced attitude" towards senators they will be protected by the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
