The deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Renat Suleymanov, representing Novosibirsk Region, put forward the offer to enlist participants of SVO in higher education institutions out of competitions. the people's deputy already submitted such amendment to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 10 July 1992 No. 3266-I "On education" we will remind that such measure support existed at the time of the USSR. Also, according to the deputy, the service in army is more significant, than participation in the Olympic Games.
