In Ivanov case of road accident is directed to court with participation public transports

Prosecutor's office Oktyabrsky district Ivanovo Ivanovo region approved the indictment concerning the 20-year-old local. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 264 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violation by the person, the managing director of car, rules of traffic, the causing which has entailed on imprudence of heavy harm to health of the person). According to the investigators, in February, 2022 accused, operating car "Ford Focus", moved on Baturina St. towards Lenin Ave. of Ivanovo.
