Photo: Zamir Usmanov/Global Look Press Government of the Arkhangelsk region plans to introduce soon in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill according to which will limit sale alcohol in cafes and Municipality of Bar, the inhabited apartment houses located on the first floors. Such measure, daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" report, plan to enter step by step: at first will establish the minimum area for similar institutions in 50 sq.m, and then will forbid trade alcohol in them from 22:00 till 9:00 o'clock.
