Near Novosibirsk teenagers removed on video beating by the hooligan of weaker contemporary

In the village Sokur Moshkovo district Novosibirsk Region between pupils of Sokursky comprehensive schools and Sokursky schools No. 19 occurred the conflict which has turned into beating of one of boys. Employees understand a situation the regional Ministries of Internal Affairs, and also the commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights. Participants of incident were invited on May 10, 2023 in department by Ministries of Internal Affairs for evidence.
