For the second stage FNL Administration created two subgroups in group 1. The first subgroup of A (1A) entered 6 teams which have taken following the results of the first stage places with 1 on 6. The subgroup of B (1B) is created from 7 teams (already without stopped participation in competitions Independent noncommercial organization FC"Yessentuki"), taken places below the 6th.
