The group of congressmen submitted the draft resolution according to which Washington D.C. will need to achieve return Ukraine to borders of 1991 for consideration of the House of Representatives. In the document it is emphasized that United States of America have to render to Kiev the military help, achieve a victory Ukraine, take measures for its accession to NATO and for payments Russian Federation "reparations".
