Court recognized illegal paid return of goods with marriage on LLC "Vayldberriz"

According to data in a judicial card file, claim managements Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare to LLC "Vayldberriz" was registered on March 6, 2023. Last week, on April 13, claim was satisfied. Court obliged LLC "Vayldberriz" to make out return low-quality goods at the expense of the seller. Within a month the decision can be appealed. In management Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare noted that as soon as the court decision will come into force, consumers will be able to address to the seller and to indemnify loss from paid return.
