Chapter Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev suggested to close to Russians the general access to departmental data, and to cipher data with the purpose to secure them against leaks. Experts believe that it will do harm numerous popular in Russian Federation to services – information aggregators from the state databases.
