The authorities of United States of America issued visas not to all members of the Russian delegation participating in UN Security Council, the Minister of Foreign Affairs declared on April 18 Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov on press conferences in Caracas. The head of department accused United States of America of "rough abuse" as the countries in which territory the headquarters of United Nations settles down.
