The penalty became punishment for long lack of water supply in one of villages Mari El Republic

Yoshkar-Ola, on April 14. Vyselk Revolyution's inhabitants remained without the central water supply for some days – from February 27 to March 7. For it punished the supplier of utilities. An inspection was carried out by Interregional prosecutor's office of the Gornomariysky district of the Mari El Republic. Wear of basis of a water tower and corrosion led metals to shutdown designs. Without the central water supply there were 88 inhabitants of the village, but there were other sources. However for violation of terms of water proceedings on an administrative offense were initiated.
