The inhabitant of Shovgenovsky district is condemned for robbery and attack with application of a cold weapon

District court of the Giaginskaya district of the Republic of Adygea pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the inhabitant of Shovgenovsky district. He is found guilty on h. 3 Art. 162 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the robbery made with threat of application of violence of life-threatening and health, with application of the subjects used as the weapon, with illegal penetration into the dwelling). In court it is established that in July, 2022 the man in an alcohol intoxication a chopper broke a window in the house of the acquaintance and through it illegally got into the room.
