World Health Day. Memorial of United Nations, established on the first World assembly of health in 1948. The international day of memory of genocide in Rwanda. It is established by the United Nations General Assembly resolution UNGA  on December 23, 2003 in memory of genocide victims in Rwanda in 1994. The interethnic conflict between occupying Rwanda nationalities of the Hutu and the Tutsi began in 1990.
