Finns hold VES downwind

All volume of support of constructions wind power plants to Russian Federation on the last competition company took away affiliated with the Finnish Fortum COR "Uralenergosbyt". The winner received 738 MWt at the average price of 4,6 rub for 1 kW • h, having taken away and the volume of VES which before refused Fortum COR.
