L’Oréal Group will be bought by an elite brand of cosmetics for care of Aesop skin of $2,5 billion

The French L’Oréal Group will be bought by the Australian elite brand of cosmetics for care of Aesop skin of $2,5 billion. The transaction which will be closed in the third quarter, reflects transition of L’Oréal Group to cosmetics of an elite segment of the French L’Oréal Group agreed to buy from the Brazilian Natura %26 Co. the Australian brand of elite cosmetics of Aesop for $2,53 billion, reported information agency "Bloomberg". The majority of 32 investors, Banco Bradesco, considered that Natura will sell 100% of Aesop at the price from $2 billion to $2,5 billion.
