Prosecutor's office Iznoski district Kaluga region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation in the sphere of observance of an order of consideration of addresses of citizens. It is established that the deputy head of administration of the municipal area in due time did not consider the address of the citizen concerning violation of its rights in the sphere of Household management company. In this regard prosecutor's office initiated proceedings on an administrative offense on Art. 5.59 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (violation of an order of consideration of addresses of citizens) by results of which consideration it is fined 5 thousand rubles against the violator.
