Applications were in total submitted for competition from six candidates. The contest committee made the decision on a choice of two candidates. On March 30 the acting the city head Urazov Eric and chapter Municipal unitary enterprise "Water services company" from Votkinsk Berdyshev Oleg submitted the programs. By results competitions Urazov Eric gained 433 points, and Berdyshev Oleg – 337 points.
