Prosecutor's office achieved involvement of the inhabitant Ust-Kulom district to criminal liability for illegal sale of drugs

The deputy prosecutor Komi Republic approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 35-year-old inhabitant Ust-Kulom district. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 228.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal sale of drug). As reason for initiations of legal proceedings concerning P. the resolution of the first deputy prosecutor of the republic, 2 h directed as the item served. 2 Art. 37 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in investigative part of SU Ministry internal affairs on Komi Republic.
