Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation: the plan for off-budget financing national projects in 2022 is executed for 43%

The director of the department of program and target planning of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Nicholas Begchin declared that in 2022 the plan for off-budget financing national projects was executed less than on a half. About it reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily". He claims that according to the initial plan it was supposed that private investments will make an essential contribution to financing national projects. But in practice following the results of 2022 from the planned 1,8 trillion rub 794 billion rubles, that is 43% were executed.
