The director of Anselm scientific center Kanishchev Maxime expressed opinion that appeals of a number of the countries of EU to lower a ceiling of the prices of the Russian oil are a PR course. His words are transferred by Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". According to the expert, disagreements in a question of a ceiling of prices of oil which now makes $60 for barrel, show split in EU and his incompetence in economic problems.
