Biography Tsyan Li

The Chinese politician Tsyan Li was born in July, 1959 in the city district of Rui'an Province of Zhejiang. In 1983 entered Communist Party of China. In 1982 Chzhetszyansky graduated from institute agriculture to Ningbo. Continued training within the program of a magistracy for engineering management at Chzhetszyansky university in Hangzhou Province of Zhejiang (1995-1997, in absentia).
