Import substitution without addictions

Level of dependence on import in economy Russian Federation is lower, than it is considered to be — at the level of United States of America and India, below the developed countries of EU and Eastern Europe is strong below the countries. Sanctions restrictions replaced accents in the processes of the import substitution which have begun in early 2000th, internal restrictions are now less important and are generally removed, and possibility of placement of part of productions in friendly jurisdictions out of Russian Federation becomes important.
