Following the results of census of 2021 it is possible to speak about decrease in value of ethnic identity, especially at youth — it is simpler to it to correlate itself with civil and territorial criteria, than to a national identity. Federal State Statistics Service Sergei Mikhaylovich Okladnikov told about this deputy head at meeting Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for nationalities.
