According to Art. 16 of the Federal law of 10.01.2002 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 10 January 2002 No. 7-FZ "On Environmental Protection" negative impact on environment is paid. The payment for environmental pollution is raised from the enterprises, establishments, the organizations, individual entrepreneurs and other legal entities irrespective of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership. The reporting period concerning introduction of a payment for negative impact on environment is considered calendar year.
