Unscheduled inspections of the IT companies will help to prevent leakages of personal information

Level of threat of new leakages of personal information and criminal use of this information still remains high. Therefore the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin allowed supervisory authorities to carry out unscheduled inspections of the accredited IT companies. The decision to limit action of the three-year moratorium on a ban of checks of the Russian IT companies, entered in March, 2022, was accepted in connection with the increased risks of such leaks.
