Prosecutor's office Horinsk district Republic of Buryatia checked performance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions in activity municipal authority of the area. It is established that to a position of the trainer-teacher the municipal employee – the employee of administration of the area is in combination accepted. In defiance of the Federal law "About counteraction corruptions" the head of establishment in ten-day time did not fulfill a duty according to the message on employment the municipal employee on a primary place of employment.
