In the last day of January city competitions the New Year's photo "New Year's Miracle" were brought total. Competition was organized by department of guardianship and guardianship of city ADMINISTRATION OFFICE OBRAZOVANIYA Administration of Chernogorsk and was carried out within promoting of family values. Competition took place in two stages: 1 stage - selection (from January 19 to January 24) and the 2nd stage - final (from January 25 to January 31).
