The Tyndinsky city prosecutor's office directed to court criminal case on charge of the inhabitant of Solovyevsk of commission of two crimes

Prosecutor's office cities of TyndaAmur region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 40-year-old inhabitant of the village of Solovyevsk of the Tyndinsky municipal district. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided by h. 4 Art. 111 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (deliberate causing heavy harm to health, the life-threatening person, entailed on imprudence death of the victim) and the item "z" of h. 2 Art. 112 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (deliberate causing average weight of harm to the health, the caused long frustration of health made with application of subjects, used as the weapon).
