Prosecutor's office Valdaisky raion Novgorod region carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation on an order of consideration of addresses of citizens. It is established that in August, 2022 in administration Valdaysky rayon arrived the address of the inhabitant of Saint Petersburg about possible violations of the land and town-planning legislation. In defiance of requirements of the Federal law "About an order of consideration of addresses of citizens Russian Federation" the address is sent to Administration of the rural settlement Ivanteyevsk which competence includes the solution of the questions raised in the address, only for the 6th day after 7-day term...
